Prologue

Distance: 1,7 km.
Individual time trial.
Location: Plzen, Na lopatárně 14, asphalt circle for cyclists (1,1 km).

• 15:00 - 16.30 – Presentation for the complete EC
• 16:10 – Children's race (15 small footbikes available)
• 17:00 – Start of the EC prologue
• 19:00 – Winners ceremony
• 20:00 – Dinner in Cardinal PUB - Kardinala Berana 10, Plzen

10.7. Friday

Long race

Distance: Women and juniors 21,4 km half marathon, men 33 km. See tracks page.
Location: Surroundings of Plzen (the same asphalt track as in 2004 and all other international races, 10,5 km lap).

• 9:15 - 9:30 – Presentation for the long race
• 9:45 – Start men and veterans (3 laps)
• 9:50 – Start women, women veterans, juniors and cadets (2 laps)

The start line for the long race will be created according to the results of Eurocup and sprint prologue! Organiser is allowed to grant wild cards.

Relays

Distance: 20 min women, 25 min men.
Location: Plzen, Na lopatárně 14, asphalt circle "Lopatarna" for cyclists (1,1 km).
National teams, three members of a team, one footbike!

• 17:40 – Presentation for the relay.
• 18:10 – Start relay women, juniors and cadets.
• 18:50 – Start relay men and veterans.
• 19:50 – Winners ceremony for all Friday races.
• 20:20 – Dinner buffet in the "Lopatarna" area
• 20:30 – Greymon (rock band) concert.

11.7. Saturday

Criterium race

Location: Louny, Komenskeho square, town circuit with asphalt 2.2 km long.
Distance: 6 laps women, juniors and cadets, 8 laps men.

• 12:40 – Presentation, 200 CZK deposit for the chip.
• 13:55 – Start women, juniors and cadets, 6 laps.
• 14:30 – Start men and veterans, 8 laps.
  The start line for the criterium will be created according to the results of Eurocup and sprint prologue! Organiser is allowed to grant wild cards.
• 20:00 – Winners ceremony.
• 21:00 – Dinner buffet and party on the square.

12.7. Sunday

Time trial

Distance: 14 km.
Location: Louny, Komenskeho square, asphalt road - surroundings of the town Louny.

• 9:00 – Presentation for the race.
• 10:15 – Start of the first racer, half minute intervals.
  The order of racers will be created according to the results of previous races and Eurocup. Organiser is allowed to grant wild cards.
  In the time trial it's strictly forbidden to ride directly behind another footbiker. You have to keep a few meters gap or straightaway overtake. Conversely, if you are being overtaken, you must immediately leave a gap between you and the faster one. Also in downhill it's forbidden to ride behind another racer, it's compulsory to ride side-by-side. Breaking this rules means disqualification.
• 13:00 – Winners ceremony.

The time schedule is preliminary and can be slightly changed, follow the speaker's and organisers' information.

Organiser is allowed to change the length of races or the time schedule, particularly due to the bad weather conditions.

Facilities

At Lopatarna (Pilsen) there are showers, toilets and locker rooms.
Long race is not too far from university hostel (accommodation place).
In Louny there are reserved locker rooms, showers and toilets in the gym nearby the place.

Pupils races

Pupils category is not the official category at the European Championship events. However, we organise a children's race on Thursday before the prologue and pupils can also take a part in cadets' races if they are at least 10 years old. Pupils who take part only in children's race are considered as accompanying persons (lower starting fee), but if they take a part also in cadets' races, they are considered as cadets.
